2. What data we collect

We collect only the data necessary to provide the service:

  • Email address — provided at checkout, used to deliver the Product and to contact you.

  • Survey answers — your answers about skincare preferences, style, and habits, used to generate your personalized Product. The survey does not require your name or a photo.

  • Transaction data — information about your payment, processed by our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy). We do not store your payment card details.

  • Technical data — basic technical information (e.g., browser type) needed for the site to function.

We do not collect photos, biometric data, or medical health data. Skincare-related answers are used solely to match the content of your Product.



3. Why we process your data and on what basis

4. Who we share data with (processors)

We use trusted third-party tools that process data on our behalf:

  • Lemon Squeezy — payment processing (Merchant of Record).

  • Tally — survey hosting and answer collection.

  • Make (Integromat) — automation of Product generation and delivery.

  • PDFMonkey / Placid — generating the PDF file and the graphic card.

  • Email service provider — delivering the Product and messages to you.

  • Airtable — storing the Product's content modules.

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy and applies data protection measures. Some may process data outside the European Economic Area (e.g., in the USA); in such cases, transfers are based on appropriate legal mechanisms (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses).



5. How long we keep your data

  • Transaction data — for the period required by tax law.

  • Email address and survey answers — for as long as necessary to provide the service and handle any complaints, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

  • You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 6).



6. Your rights (GDPR — for EU/EEA users)

You have the right to:

  • access your data,

  • correct your data,

  • delete your data ("right to be forgotten"),

  • restrict processing,

  • data portability,

  • object to processing,

  • lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office).

7. US users' rights (California — CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights:

  • the right to know what personal information we collect and why,

  • the right to request deletion of your data,

  • the right to correct your data,

8. Cookies

The site and the tools we use (e.g., Framer, Tally) may use essential cookies needed for the site to function properly and to remember your session. We currently do not use advertising or marketing tracking cookies.

You can manage cookies in your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect how the site works.

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or destruction. We use providers that apply encryption and recognized security standards.



10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will notify you of significant changes on the site. The current version is effective as of the date shown at the top.
